Arbor Pro was founded in 2018 by two ISA Certified Arborists who shared a straightforward belief: that great tree work requires trained climbers, not just equipment. After years working for regional tree services across New York and New Jersey, our founders saw too many jobs done with the wrong tools — bucket trucks forcing access where none existed, heavy machinery compacting root zones, and cuts made without any real understanding of tree biology. They started Arbor Pro to do it right: every job led by certified climbers who know how trees grow, fail, and heal. Today, Arbor Pro serves homeowners and property managers throughout NY and NJ, earning a reputation for clean work, honest pricing, and the kind of technical precision that only comes from years spent in the canopy.

Nicolas Ramierez
Certified Arborist & Co-Founder
Nicolas has spent more than a decade working in the trees of New York and New Jersey, building deep expertise in difficult-access removals and precision canopy work. As an ISA Certified Arborist and TRAQ-certified risk assessor, he approaches every job with a rigorous eye for safety and long-term tree health. He co-founded Arbor Pro to bring a higher standard of climber-led, certified tree care to homeowners and property managers who expect both expertise and accountability.

With years of field experience across residential and commercial properties throughout NY and NJ, our second co-founder specializes in utility-adjacent tree work and large-scale removals where precision rigging is essential. His ISA certification and utility arborist background mean he brings both technical knowledge and a safety-first mindset to every project — from routine pruning to complex storm-damage response.
